By downloading and utilizing our application, users gain immediate access to features such as the commercial vehicle VIN Decoder, Passenger Vehicle Search, Assignment Submission, and direct contact details for support at any time.

IN-LAB RECOVERY: Users can send us their vehicle module via mail and expect to receive the recovered data within 7-10 business days.

ON-SITE RECOVERY: Our team conducts physical inspections of the vehicle within 7 business days following submission.

Deliverables include:

• The raw/native format of the data, admissible as evidence
• PDF reports of recovered data
• Photographs and documentation of the recovery process
